what is wrong with you sometimes
You just feel a little off..
A bit lost, unmotivated or frustrated
Next thing you know you are surrounded in a sea of Jaffa Cakes
Or scrolling down facebook looking for a “like” injection
I get it
I used to get like that all the time
But I've gotten MUCH better at recognizing it when it comes
and turning it around so that it doesn't end up sabotaging my day
See that's the first step…
Being AWARE and then taking ACTION in the opposite direction
The next step is becoming CLEAR...
CLARITY IS POWER
What do you want?
See if you don't know what it is you want, or where you want to go..
...any actions will do right?
Alot of the time we end up losing site of whatever it is we may have started
out on or whatever it is we want to achieve
Whether that be in fitness, your career or whatever..
This is down to not having a clear outcome for what it is we are doing
And you might be saying right now “no I AM clear on what I want Hamish, I just can’t get
off my goddamm arse to go do it!”
Well that is the step where you have to show you are COMMITTED and not just
one of those people who are interested…
