HOW TO GET CONFIDENCE

"I'm really interested in starting this program, I'm just going to have to lose a bit of weight first”

This is something that I hear more often than you’d think

I mean it sounds crazy...as this is exactly what you get as a result

But at the same time I TOTALLY understand

I used to say that kind of thing aswell…

“I'll do it when I get more motivated”

“I’ll do it when I have more money”

“I will make that video when I have a bit more confidence”

Remember the biggest mistake you can make is WAITING to have the confidence
to do something

You get confidence by doing the thing over and over again so you are good at it. Simple.

And one of the biggest things you will get from training, exercising more and eating better is
CONFIDENCE

But here is the weird thing

We RESIST the very things that will give us what we want the most

Read that again^

We know what we need to do it. That's why we are contemplating it

And the only way we will ever get those things we THINK we need before starting

Is to actually TAKE ACTION and do it

Apply for that job. Go to that event. Get in the gym. Ask that person out.

And the things you think you need will come

I promise you

Notice where you are putting something off because you think you need fixing first

AND DO IT

If you didn't want it... It wouldn't be annoying you not doing it. Period.
